Low Expansion Foam Branches

The FSI Low Expansion Foam Branches combine superior throw with the ability to produce good quality foam. Available with nominal foam solution capacity of 225 LPM (FB 5X / F B 2-X ) and 450 LPM (FB 10X) at 7 bar pressure. It is recommended to use FSI Foam Branches with matching FSI Inline Inductors only. Construction : Aluminum, GM and SS ( Any Grade ) versions available with 2.5" Instantaneous or threaded Inlet. Performance : Table FSI Low Expansion Jet /Spray type Foam Branches give the option of projecting foam in the form of a jet (to tackle fires from a distance) or Spray (for quick coverage of spills, cooling etc). Low Expansion Mechenical Foam Generator

FSI Low Expansion Mechanical Foam Generators (MFG) give excellent quality low expansion foam, and are used as portable equipment, mounted on Fire fighting Vehicles, or in fixed foam systems. MFG induct the required amount of foam compound, and air into the foam solution stream to give stable low expansion foam. FSI MFG are available with nominal foam solution capacity of 225 LPM (MFG 5) and 450 LPM (MFG 10) It is recommended to operate the MFG at a minimum pressure of 7 bar, maximum 12 bars. Construction : Aluminum Barrel and inductor assembly, 2.5" Instantaneous Male Inlet and Female outlet.

Mechanical Foam (AFFF) Fire Extinguisher

Foam has the ability to form an aqueous film which quickly over water-insoluble hydrocarbon fuel surfaces causing rapid fire extinguishment and vapor suppression for class B fires. Also it provides excellent penetrating and wetting qualities when used on class A fires.
